The Mark Reed Healthcare Clinic consists of four board-certified providers who specialize in family medicine. Our clinic is participating as a pilot site for the Washington State Patient Centered Medical Home Collaborative. The Mark Reed Healthcare Clinic uses a team approach to not only focus on the patient’s health, but the overall health of the patient’s family unit. The goal of the project is to engage the community in taking a proactive approach to managing their own health and the health of their family. The Medical Home project allows more one-on-one time between provider and patient and enables the patients to participate in their healthcare decisions.
